Lead and manage the Food and Beverage program across all Databricks locations, ensuring high-quality service and employee satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience, including menu planning, vendor management, and service standards.,Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable workplace initiatives.,Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve the Food and Beverage program.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Food and Beverage team.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality service.,Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences to showcase best practices in workplace management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in workplace management, particularly in the Food and Beverage sector.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale workplace programs.,Strong understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workplace management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
