📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes using our hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure the hotel’s public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming, using our housekeeping software for task management.
• Assist with guest requests and concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and travel tips to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.
