📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the entire factory setup process, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Manage and oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for the factory setup.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR, GA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the setup process.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment and facilities.
• Provide support and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory setup coordination or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
