Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts within the HoReCa sector, driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each client's needs, utilizing tools like CRM systems and data analytics.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss performance, provide updates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the HoReCa industry, attending industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective client communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the HoReCa industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
