📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and consult on Nissan vehicle options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and capabilities
• Close sales by negotiating deals and providing financing options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle releases to provide informed advice
• Assist in inventory management and ensure vehicles are in good condition
• Promote Nissan brand values and build customer loyalty through after-sales service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, automotive, or customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of Nissan vehicles and the local market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
