📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and warranty services for our products.
• Manage a team of technicians and customer service representatives.

• Implement and monitor after sales processes to maintain operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in after sales operations, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with maintenance and warranty processes in the electronics or technology industry.
