🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
