📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies for government operations.
- Oversee the modernization of public service delivery systems, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address digital challenges and opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, and AI to enhance government services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the government.
- Represent the government at national and international forums on digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing digital governance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government modernization, digital transformation, or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital initiatives in a government or public sector organization.
- Strong understanding of digital governance, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or digital transformation (e.g., CDMP) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in using tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with government processes and procedures in Indonesia.
