As a Freelance Fashion Fabric & Accessories Buyer, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and sourcing high-quality fabrics and accessories from trusted suppliers. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that the materials meet the brand's quality standards and timelines. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work while providing the stability and support of a reputable company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a network of reliable fabric and accessory suppliers.
• Source high-quality fabrics and accessories that meet the brand's design and quality standards.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and new supplier opportunities to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that materials are available on time and within budget.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of incoming materials.
• Prepare and maintain detailed purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a fabric and accessory buyer, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the fashion fabric and accessory market, including trends, suppliers, and pricing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with purchasing software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
