📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of waiters to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
• Oversee the smooth operation of dining and event services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the team.
• Implement and enforce service protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet the high standards of service.
• Monitor and report on service performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, NCR, or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
