As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce consultants and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of Salesforce consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
  • Conducting technical reviews and providing feedback to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Participating in sales activities and contributing to the growth of our Salesforce practice.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience in leading a team of Salesforce consultants and developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
