Quick Food Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in training and supervising other store staff.,Promote store products and special offers to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
