PT Damar Fajar is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's inventory. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and purchases.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.,Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure a well-organized store.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales.,Monitor store traffic and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
