📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop personalized development plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
