📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for healthcare systems and services.
  • Collaborate with technical and medical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly guides, manuals, and other resources.
  • Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest developments in our systems.
  • Review and edit technical content to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Train staff on the use of technical documentation and resources.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
