Data Shine Lestari is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited sales experience to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and qualifying leads.,Provide product information and demonstrations to potential customers.,Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows and networking events to expand the company's reach.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
