📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on servers, networking equipment, and other data center infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment, including servers, switches, and storage systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage data center operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Document maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
• Provide on-call support to address critical issues during off-hours.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data center efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT maintenance and data center operations.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with data center management software such as RackTables, Snipe-IT, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
