Located in various vibrant areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, our gyms are bustling hubs of activity, offering state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting with check-ins, equipment setup, and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll work closely with our fitness instructors and management team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 7,000,000 per month, this is your chance to be part of a growing fitness community in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist members with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Operate and maintain gym equipment, including treadmills, weight machines, and cardio equipment.
• Clean and sanitize gym areas, including equipment, floors, and restrooms, to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Assist fitness instructors with class setups and breakdowns, ensuring smooth class transitions.
• Monitor gym operations, including member traffic, equipment usage, and any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support the gym manager with administrative tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling.
• Promote a positive and inclusive gym environment, fostering a sense of community among members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fitness or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse members.
• Familiarity with gym equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and furniture as needed.
• Passionate about fitness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
