📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing patient care and treatment.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the head nurse.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the head nurse.,Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.,Support the head nurse in conducting patient assessments and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the healthcare facility.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse or in a healthcare setting.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
