📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in overseeing the daily operations of the vessel.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's equipment and systems.,Handle crew management and disciplinary issues.,Assist in the preparation and execution of navigation plans.,Participate in emergency drills and preparedness activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.
