📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop the team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and managing budgets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
