📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform our strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the media or property industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
