📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold, using high-quality espresso machines and grinders.
• Mix and craft signature cocktails and mocktails, ensuring each drink is made to perfection.
• Maintain and clean all bar equipment and tools to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.
• Stock and manage inventory of beverages, ensuring we always have the right ingredients on hand.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless beverage service during peak hours.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and cocktail preparation.
• Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent quality of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
