📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage and grow client portfolios by providing personalized investment advice and recommendations.
• Execute trades using Bloomberg Terminal and Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to anticipate client needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the investment research team to gather and analyze data for client presentations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in equity sales, preferably in the Indonesian market.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian capital markets and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid WPPE or WPPE-P certification.
